Chance Manning brings a rare dual perspective to the game of golf and the world of real estate. As a golf professional, he’s known not only for instruction in Golf Digest magazine, but for innovation—having invented several golf training aids, including the Swing Pack, Swing Blind, Swing Trough and Swing Nook. His competitive background includes a 3rd-place finish at the 2010 Federated Cup Challenge, and his teaching philosophy is famously selective: he does not teach left-handed golfers.
 

As a realtor, Chance applies the same discipline and focus that define his golf career. A recipient of the Safe Realtor Award from 1998–2001, he’s built a reputation for trust, consistency, and results. His career has intersected with an eclectic roster of collaborators and clients, including David Feherty, Tim "Lumpy" Herron, Cindy Crawford, Tony Robbins, and Will Ferrell.
